Did you know...
The high porosity of Meliflor pumice for bonsai provides the substrate with great ventilation and improves its water drainage capacity.
It also helps the retention of nutrients and water, offers good fixation, and encourages the development of roots.
What’s more, by using pumice in your bonsai, you will avoid the contraction and expansion of the substrate, which can sometimes cause root suffocation in conventional substrates.
